I reserved a room for May 25, 2020. On arrival at the hotel it was closed. However the hotel was available for booking on the hotel website but also on other sites (Booking, trivago, ...).
We ended up with our luggage in the street looking for another hotel in the emergency (room that we overpaid because in the emergency and that many hotels were still closed).
The hotel was alerted by Agoda and we had no contact with hotel management at least to apologize.
The reimbursement was made to him.
I find this management inadmissible and unprofessional.
