Webafrica is an absolute joke of an ISP, their customer service is not nowhere and their supposed WhatsApp bot is pathetic to say the least. How is it possible that these people are still in business and label themselves the favorite ISP of the country? I highly and strongly recommend to not sign up with them and would even go so far as to say that if you are with them, consider moving your business elsewhere because they simply do not care about their customers.
