My volt light totally failed. Customer service ask...

My volt light totally failed. Customer service asked me to send the light back which I did thinking the 100% lifetime guarantee was real. A day later I received a call from a customer service representative who indicated the cause was electrical. I said okay what about the 100% lifetime guarantee? He indicated that the 100 lifetime guarantee sounds good but it is actually only for manufacturing. I asked what does it cover? It does not cover the finish of the unit or electrical deficiencies in any way so it really is not lifetime or 100%. If you are reading this go to Home Depot and buy the Hampton which I did and actually when a unit did fail they replaced it right away- no questions asked for 5 years the Home Depot representative said- good luck with anything with Volt and the 100% lifetime guarantee.
