I can't say enough about this place! I had to drag myself to the gym and found if difficult to get on a good work-out routine, until I came to PILATE-OLOGY. Every instructor is a little different in terms of routine and personality - I love them ALL for those differences. Classes are intimate (8 reformers) and clients are loyal - so it feels like a meet-up with friends... if meeting up with friends burned 600 calories and ripped your core. Go now, you won't be disappointed.
