Gymnazo is my favorite place to be. It is my happy place! This is despite the fact that I am older, out of shape and heavy. But they accept me as is and are coming alongside me to help me get stronger, improve my cardiovascular condition, encourage me to do more than I thought possible and all that without injuries. Michael Hughes is a wonderfully gifted coach and innovative owner. He hires outstanding coaches, not one dud; they are highly personable, yet incredibly professional with just the right motivational influence. I found my peeps. It feels warm and welcoming and I know I'm gonna succeed and meet my goals.
