My second review... I have time at my home to think about hotel...

Reception: nice,polite and helpful

Entertainment on evening: depressed and playback electric piano. Singer sing and watch on the phone, on the watch, and a lot of time he forget to move fingers on elelctric piano, bit piano play. In our 10 nights stay, we listing just 3 nights. Then over and over again the same. Unprofessional! And you can hear from another hotels really good music.

Food: good but most the time not really warm.
Workers also take the plate from table too fast, they taking when you eat from it. But they are polite and ok. In the lunch time you must wait long to came till food! If someone want to take something sweet or pizza is very hard because people are waiting for main dished. Line of people is really long, that should not be in 4 stars hotel. Main dished should be given in two separete places in the restaurant and so can you avoid long line and waiting... Food is good and you have enough of choice.

Caffe Bar Opera: nice place if there are no workers! When the workers are there, is that place disaster. I have never seen so unpolite, bad workers as here. Sorry, but it is true. Should be better to have drink automat to avoid workers, also if is in automat not real Cola is better as to receive real Cola and wait and speak with workers.

Room is clear, nut perfect, but clean and nice. Also big enough. A little bit problems with TV all the time, but ok. AC worked in room good and without problems. Bed was very comfort for me. Cleaning was daily. Bathroom amenities also daily.

Aquapark: nothing special but ok. Lazy river doesnt work and that was minus. In season must working everything.

Beach: from hotel 3-4min walking away. Not far! Beach was very very clean, sea clear... Enough place. Nice. Ok, for me was beach anf sea perfect! Minus was reserved sunbets. But reserved from hotel workers on the beach. Every day you must go on the beach before 6am to receive first od second row. They started working at 7am, but they are there at 6am and they reserved almost every sunbets on first and second row. If someone pay all inclusive they should have posibility to choose also first row.

That is that. I would recomended this hotel to another!
