The actual work was done amazingly. The guy who managed the project was not good at communicating. He tried to get me to phone my insurance multiple times when he was just sending information to the wrong person. They put in for a quote amendment and somehow lost the response back from my insurance. Even when my insurance contacted them and told me to phone them they said they had never spoke to my insurance. Some of the most unprofessional emails i have ever seen and delayed the repair of my vehicle by weeks. Also, there was an amount he told us we had to pay for deductible but when my wife picked up the amount was more. I didn't appreciate that.

All in all there shop does good work but there management is awful.
