This system won't let me give them NO stars. The company is a rip off. They take people premium but don't want to pay claims when their client hit someone. The claims person by the name of Carolyn M got loud and hung up on me not once but twice when I asked if there is a manager over her that I can speak to because she was getting rude. I am the person that got hit, not you Carolyn, and you don't want to pay claim. I don't know if claim comes directly out of Carolyn paycheck, but she was acting like I was giving her a hard time. You want to keep hiding behind the fact your client is not being cooperative despite me sending in a copy of his ID, and insurance card and a police report. I guess you saying me having copy of ID and insurance from the client that hit me is not enough. That isn't enough evidence from your client admitting fault by giving me their information. Again, this company is all about taking money from their clients but not playing claims of the clients along with rude staff and poor customer services. I WOULDN'T recommend this company to anyone. They must prey on the client that are looking for a low rate.
