The biggest win that Velocify gives us is flexibility. Flexibility across all areas of our business. It gives our system administrators the flexibility to manage lead flow and easily make distribution and prioritization adjustments on the fly. This flexibility helps increase conversions for our campaigns because of the up-front visibility we can maintain. It also gives our management team the flexibility to have real-time custom reports to help manage the Sales staff proactively vs. reactively. Last but not least, it gives flexibility to our sales people. Using pre-built lead work flows, our sales people have the flexibility to not just call a lead, but actively "work" a lead without much effort on their part. With a click of a couple of buttons, the sales person can call, email, and schedule follow-up with a prospective customer, saving them time and increasing their conversion. In an environment where industry-wide changes occur all of the time, having flexibility in a front-end system is a must have.
