I called to make an appointment for my pet. A woman answered and said, no problem just hold one minute. I waited on the phone for 58 minutes until the humane society closed and no one ever came to the phone. How dare these people tend to their clients so inconsiderably. If my dog hadn't already been going to this vet for years, I would switch to some other establishment asap. Also, there is one male secretary who often answers the phones who has been extremely rude in past experiences.
