They have a problem with POS terminals if you pay with a Jumbo non-affiliate card, e.g. Alpha, the POS machine does not issue a receipt and you are told that the card is not being used, while my bank sent a message to my mobile that the transaction took place, and I also see it in e-banking, the amount was properly booked. I show them the message, but they obviously make you pay a second time. The manager does not know exactly how to handle this case and they put you in trouble, contacting the bank and Jumbo's headquarters.
