Just called and couldn t hear a word the woman (?)...

Just called and couldn t hear a word the woman (?) was saying. Terrible service!!! I asked that she call me back and she kept repeating, Can I have your name first? . I repeated my name 10 times and she could not understand me! Why couldn t she just call me back?? This company is a JOKE! Statements are unclear, phone representative are incompetent, and the wait was ridiculous, 30 mins for bad phone service!! Get it together PHH !!
