It takes so much stress out of running my own business to be able to pick up the phone or send an email when I have a computer IT issue and know that it will be dealt with promptly by competent professionals. Customer service is above and beyond and I always feel kept in the loop. But unless they need to ask me something, I can just put the problem out of my mind, trusting it will be resolved properly, and go back to serving my clients. Thanks! What a great team to work with!
