Food is sub par due to expiration dates approaching or expired. Cold foods were Luke warm. Quaker oats had mites and weevils as did the flour. Insects in the produce. Cheap prices are the only reason the doors are still open. They are in a low income part of town so have many customers that can't go to a better store.
