I had a scheduled appointment for recalls. When I arrived at the dealership, they couldn't find my information. I had no issue repeating and spelling my name three times except they still didn't spell it right on the form. The shuttle service was great...no issues with that. I did have to call to check in the status of my car,as no updates were given. The same man that checked me in answered and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Great. So I get there and there's a bunch of markings on the paper and I ask the lady what they mean. She even said "no one went over these with you?" Of course not. To sum it up. Dropped the car off for recall repairs,won't be back.
