Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Worst product quality I have ever experienced.
Received delivery after waiting over 30 days for turnaround.
Desk- Damaged
Desk-ok
5 tier stationery Cupboard- hinges don t fit so has no doors
Filing cabinets x2 -ok
Desk high end unit- damaged
Desk high end unit- no doors again hinges aren t quality checked and were incorrect.

I currently have a lot of damaged and spotless furniture and although Colin Connell has been left several voicemails and emails he has still yet to get back in touch with us.

Leaving us wondering whether or not we need to contact our solicitor!
