Very poor - website taking orders and promising delivery, but delivery never comes. No response to e-mails and should you get lucky enough to ever speak to a telephone agent, they cannot update you, promise to e-mail back and then you hear nothing. Do not buy from these people.
Timeline of events:
Ordered 21 April 2021 - supposedly express 2 day delivery
23 April received e-mail that the chair was out of stock but they would upgrade the chair to a better model delivered in 2 working days
24 April received email from Parcelforce with order tracking details - looking hopeful!
These tracking details continually showed the parcel as "yet to be collected by Parcelforce"
1st May - telephoned to chase delivery, was promised it woudl be investigated and they would e-mail back. No e-mail was ever received.
6th May - telephoned again to chase up.
7th May - received another e-mail from Parcelforce with another tracking number saying chair was being despatched on a 24 Express service
11th May - A chair was delivered, but it was not what I ordered! I ordered a chair with adjustable arms, and they sent a chair without arms!
11th May - Phoned again to say that the delivery was incorrect and was promised they would look into it and respond. Never received any response.
14th May - used the contact us section on their website to inform them that I was rejecting the chair as it was not what I ordered and that they needed to arrange for collection and return of the chair.
Guess what -have heard nothing at all.
Will try phoning again, although you can be on hold for 30 minutes or more before speaking to a person.
