Good company to work but one suggestion work in all departments but not in csd. that is so worst department in Medha. for real hard workers they won't give any identity. only double gamers can make good name here . I have suffered 1.5 years after that I can't handle situation so I m resigned . If you do good work seniors will target you n make ur name bad in management level so much politics in this company . But remaining departments are toooo good . Mainly HR department so friendly and good working environment.
