I understand they were busy what I didn't understand was how people that were getting there after we'd been there for a good 10 to 15 minutes were getting their drinks and we hadn't even been asked what kind of drinks we wanted, after she took our order it took another 10 to 15 minutes to get our drinks. When we finally got our food hashbrowns were watery and still a bit raw, my daughter and my husband ordered the shrimp omelet and both got sick with upset stomach and vomiting. My husband asked for water refills twice and ended up having to get up and go get it himself but another waitress saw him and said she would get it for him. At the end my husband asked to speak to manager because they charged gratuity for 3 adults and 2 kids which normally we wouldn't have had a problem but after that service, I'm sorry. Manager apologized and agreed to remove the gratuity.
