We were lucky enough to be have Senior Planning Services recommended to us when my I was planning on moving my parents into senior living. Their money was not going to last long for private pay and Medicaid was going to be their option for payment. This was a very daunting thing. The process is extremely complicated and very comprehensive. We were lucky enough to have EstherKupfer as our case worker for SPS. She was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and extremely efficient. I would have been lost without her. She managed to complete everything needed for their Medicaid application and we got a quick approval. I know this would not have been the case if I had to tackle it on my own
