I recently had a great ride from Carmel. The car was clean and the driver was polite and professional. The company is well managed - and it is clear that they care about being on time. I called to ask about one charge related to a toll. The person who took my call was polite and answered my question. Also I think Carmel has done a great job throughout COVID-19 when other car companies have not. Would definitely use Carmel again.
