Carmel provided excellent service. They picked us up at baggage claim at EWR airport and dropped us at our hotel in mid-town Manhattan in very good time. They have a very good system making it easy for the traveler. We are going to use them again. Disclaimer: This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.
