I have been a customer for several years, with three policies. For about 10 days I am not renewing the policy from the reserved area due to technical problems, the site advises me to call the helpdesk where they propose me to renew over the phone but losing the Paypal agreement. ehhh thanks! I make the quote on paypal, after I don't know how many attempts I can renew by spending 2 euros more.
ridiculous ..... what an effort! next time I renew to the competition.
