Absolutely fantastic facilities, instructors, and fellow students. All instructors are very friendly and have the best of credentials and experience. The extensive amount of equipment is kept in great condition and very clean. All work area floors are well padded, and a full size boxing ring is available on the second floor. A great selection of martial arts is available, including Krav Maga, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai. All genders and age groups are well represented. The training is very practical and realistic. I ve been going three times a week since 2013, and the staff and students have become like family. I m in my mid-forties, and I ve never felt fitter or better equipped to handle myself in physical confrontation. Give this school a try like I did; you won t regret it!
