Terrible company. The bottom-rung employees are so underpaid, it's nearly impossible to make a living without a second job while the managers and radio hosts make bank. Because of the low-end salary they do give employees, they have enough to afford fancy new cars for the radio stations and lots of money for the bosses' big houses. The managers are terrible and only care about money. If you care about the St. George community, take your business to another company that actually respects its employees.

Edit after Owner response: This makes it clear the owners don't realize how toxic of a workplace it really is. And there is an incredibly high turnover rate. People leave when they find better jobs or they're fired without notice, like me.
