Has a 6 year old daughter who broke her arm on Sunday and needs surgery. We are told it will be Monday. Spend the whole Monday in the orthopedic surgical ambulatory, with a stuck child, with nothing happening. Being sent home with a message about maybe tomorrow, they call in the evening and say it might be Wednesday. It is not okay, it is a child we are talking about, with great pain.
