Travel center: my family and I decided to go enjoy a few hours on the casino floor and play some slots our normal Sunday routine. We go on sundays to get the gas voucher that comes within the flyer in the mail. For the second time the cashier at the travel center has put my gas on the wrong pump. The first time I just left upset. This time when I asked her about it she said pump 20 is still pumping my gas that I can go talk to them about it. Resulting in my second time losing out, because I was courteous enough to not disturb another customer. The cashier looks to have been leaving for the day as she couldnt find my voucher in her pile of recipets that I had given her nearly 3 minutes from the transaction. This simple service has disheartened and soured my enjoyment overall. I dont mind gambling with my money, but for it being given away and then to be disrespected when asking about it. I would not recommend this casino.
