An absolute joke... I called to setup an appointme...

An absolute joke... I called to setup an appointment for a technician to come out and look at my Mom's AC unit as the inside furnace mounted coil kept freezing over. I was told that because I'm NOT THE HOMEOWNER they couldn't even speak with me on the phone!!!!

Why did my mother NOT call in you ask? Because she is 72, and had a stroke last year, making it extremely difficult for her to talk on the phone, use a computer/email and so on.

Within 5 seconds of notifying the woman on the other end of the phone that I was not the owner, the 'company policy' quotes started.

THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY THAT INSTALLED THE FURNACE AND OUTSIDE UNIT 6 YEARS AGO!!!!!

I CALLED DOR-MAR HEATING & COOLING, THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THE TECH ARRIVING!

COLUMBUS WORTHINGTON AIR DOES NOT CARE about servicing what they sell, or the customers after that installation check clears.
