I have never gone through an agency before and I would say, it was a really good experience. Karen was such a wonder and was very helpful. She walked me through every stepped and checked in on me constantly, which I really appreciated. Karen was able to look at my resume and called me in to meet me in person and really see what I was looking for. Thanks to her I was able to find a job when I least expected. Highly recommend.
