Ordered a service from A1Cardone, through CrockAut...

Ordered a service from A1Cardone, through CrockAuto, although I probably use 3 parts a day from A1Cardone and understand stuff happens, A1Cardone cant help because it was purchased through another vendor. So CrockAuto requires I purchase the service again, pay shipping again, and hope that they can fix it right the second time!! Supposedly out of the control of any of there "Customer Service" Reps.....
