Although we had some issues in our first day in the reception and housekeeping, however the rest of our stay was amazing, the staff are very kind, hotel facility are really good, the main pool is one of the best in Dubai resorts.
Since my issue with the reception and housekeeping both managers solved the issues and was very professional.
Definitely will be back soon.
