Booked this resort through expedia for late May 20...
Booked this resort through expedia for late May 2017. Explained to them we had a personal emergency and that we might not be able to make it to this trip. Expedia said that everything should be fine. Airlines and shuttles can be cancelled but need hotel confirmation to cancel that. It was 5 months in advanced so everyone thought that the hotel would allow us to cancel with a full refund or at least with just a little cancellation fee. But NOPE this hotel is so stingy that they would even give us a penny back. I already do not recommend this resort! STAY AWAY
