Congratulations on running a successful business that fills a huge need in the community. Many positive reviews. These reviews had to do with the customer sales and
service but I have a comment to make with regard to the other end of commerce, product returns. In the spring of 2018 I spent $1400 in your store. My invalid wife, who is now in a care home, never used the product and never will. So, I went to return the item. I had the invoice and showed the item, expecting, like any successful retailer like Wal Mart would do, that the item would be taken back and my money refunded no problem. Nooo! Guess what? I didn't have the BOX it came in so no return. I now have the item which I have no use for whatsoever, and you have had the use of my money for a number of months. I guess I will just put the item in a prominent place in my living room and when guests ask what it is I can tell them, and anyone else I talk to, about the sort of business you are.
