Adolfo, a lead tech came out to detect & determine our motor was going out on the unit in the attic causing the squirrel cage to make a very loud noise. He was fast, efficient, & very polite. When calling his manager for me, he explained my concerns EXACTLY as I had described to him & was able to get me a quick resolution. I've been with this company for several years & some appts have NOT gone quite as smoothly but I definitely have confidence in Adolpho as well as the repair scheduling crew who answer the phone & are very good at resolving & following up on any concerns you may have.
