The service was 100% amazing! The nurse who took care of me did a wonderful job and made you feel comfortable while getting your blood drawn.The room smelled AMAZING, which made me feel calm and at ease. I would have given y'all 5 stars, but there's just one SIMPLE thing that ruined it all. The two workers at the front kept their masks off while talking to each other. Yes, I understand one of them was eating her breakfast. That's another thing, y'all should really consider having screens between the front desk worker and the customer's standing area. After I finished my antibodies test, I went to the front to make sure I was clear to go. As I walked out, I see the two workers talking with their masks OFF! Yes, no one was around, but your droplets are still exposed from however long y'all were talking. And they just put them back on while I was walking towards them. Yes, that was nice a courteous of them to do, but it is too late. Their spit, bacteria, and germs are already in the air. Yes, I understand if you are tested negative for COVID, but it's a sense of respect for the customers. You would think that this amazing place would have great workers who care for their customers or even each other, but I guess not. This is exactly why people are getting tested positive. Everyone thinks they're negative because they show no symptoms, but you just don't know that! That's why we must all be respectful towards each other, especially a business.
