Beware of this company! They don't deserve even a...

Beware of this company! They don't deserve even a single star! They appear to be very transparent in their rates online, but the appraisers they hire undervalue your property leading to more fees in your loan (which I can only assume they make money on).
Secondly, instead of working with me on my appraisal value, i.e. letting me discuss with the appraiser about value discrepancies, David Jones "cancelled" my refinance without my authorization. This is very unprofessional for any mortgage broker. Now I am out the appraisal fee ($425), rates have gone up and now this guy has all of my personal information.
