I just tried to call the restaurant to purchase a cocktail or after dinner drink for my son and his girlfriend for his birthday. I understand the fact that they have a form that they email you to fill out for such a thing, but you must pick one of the options listed. I did not want any of those such as wine, champagne, or a photo. They don't drink wine or champagne. I was told to put my special order in the area where one would write a note to the person you were buying for so I did so. I then couldn't submit my request because I was "required" to pick one of their options. I called back a 3rd time and was told "so sorry we can't take your order over the phone, it's our policy". I hate that word policy. I work in customer service and if a customer called and wanted to give us money to purchase a gift for someone, we would make it happen! I am very disappointed in this expensive restaurant.

Jennifer, Thank you so much for your response. I can tell you take pleasing the customer seriously and appreciate you updating that situation. Also, thank you for your offer however my son is already out of Vegas. He had a wonderful dinner at your restaurant and said the food was amazing!
