Derby Homes, fraudulently rent as privated landlord to cheat people out of money. This means a deposit and no rent free weeks.. My "apartment" originally belonged to Derwent Housing, I have been in the same property since 2012 it was advertised and rented to me as a 1 bed flat with a study. Poorly fitted carpets, curtain baton hanging away from the wall, blocked guttering that was reported 3 years ago,that were not pointed out at the time. They do not care if you are vulnerable, with protected rights under the Equality Act. Last year I had to claim Universal Credit, Derby Homes then suddenly became a "social landlord" and the fraudsters screwed me over for bedroom tax. the room is too small to fit a bed in it. This is fraud and I am lobbying my local MP to investigate them. And informed the DWP of what they are doing to people over rent between private and social landlords, they can't be both!!
