I started going to this church in 10-2017 because my mother in law started going there. My first time there the pastor said a blonde joke and put down the Chargers team. I'm blonde and like the Chargers. I let it slide and returned the following sunday. He said another blonde joke and I yelled out No!!! I was always put down for being a blonde and called stupid. I have a painful past in that regard. I feel that blonde jokes are being prejudice as any other racial joke. I believe God would not appove of racial jokes by making blondes look dumb. I got up and went out wrote a note about how I felt and dropped it in the drop box. The next weekend the same blonde joke non sense. I walked out and talked to 2 women in the children area whom said they would bring up in a meeting. Well months have went by and I thought maybe it's changed. Mothers Day of all days. 5-2018 the so called pastor said another blonde joke. I got up and walked out with my spirit crushed. I found a group of men and women and asked if they worked there and they said yes how can we help you. I explained my past and how the blonde jokes affect me and as they are all smiling at each other they each said the pastor has told jokes for years, he is not directing them at you, your not stupid. I said it still hurts me and they are racist jokes. I said is it OK for me to tell a Mexican, Asian, Black joke? They said yes. I was so upset and told them this so called church sucks. This is not of God. Now with a broken spirit not trusting in churches I'm lost in who to trust. God is the Way The Truth and The Life. I shall seek him. May God touch those people who run that church. People are being lead astray.
