if you are looking to spend a pretty penny on poor quality furniture then this is store!

they sell furniture that doesn't even last a year, and that's including a repair.

we purchased a living room set in late june 2014. my husband got deployed so it was just myself at home. mind you i had two jobs, plus being a full time student and i am far from obese. from the rare times i was even home to sit on the couch, the cushions completely deterioated/lost their form by october. i complained about them in late october/early november and they weren't replaced until january 2015. smh.

it is now march and the same thing has happened again**** and on top of that the inner arm rest piece broke. never in my life have i had furniture just break/not last...couldn't even make it to a year.

this company has poor customer service skills and sells poorly made furniture.

i've left a message with haynes, the manufacturer (simmons), and now with the bbb.

hopefully they are able to replace the couch.

...I just scrolled down the list of reviews and I must add that I am appalled that everyone basically shares the same issue. I mean what a reputation....customers spending thousands of dollars on crappy furniture that doesn't last and then having to deal with incompetent customer service representatives that aren't willing to help.
