SUMMARY: The inventory seems good. The professionalism is deeply lacking.

I was looking to purchase a used vehicle from Subaru of Wakefield. My first day interaction with them was amazing. I drove to their dealership with a specific used vehicle in mind. When the salesperson and I walked to the car, we come to find out it was mislabeled as an automatic. It wasnt, but the salesperson was great and quickly showed me other options within my criteria. I was sold on a volkwagen that was just traded in and needed minor detailing plus the regular brakes, tires etc. The dealership takes care of all their used cars before they are sold so I had to wait till that was done. I put down a deposit on the vehicle and gave them a week to get the car ready. The times were mutually agreed upon. 2 days prior to my visit I was informed the car was ready for me to come by and get it independently inspected. I live in Boston so had to rent a car both times to make the trip to Wakefield. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told the car is not in the lot, as promised, but 3 blocks away at the auto body shop. I was told to wait for a few minutes; the car was on its way. I WAITED 1.5 HOURS. Then I was told the car won't be ready today could I come back. What a joke. I wasted 2 saturdays and $100 in car rental expenses only to be blatantly insulted. I instantly requested my desposit and went elsewhere.
