Generally it is ok as a base. Chalets are built in to the eaves so mind your head. Could do with a bit of updating. Although they sell BBQ coals firelighters etc, there was actually nowhere to do a BBQ unless you bought your own with you. Very disappointing. So do not expect the English standards or call ahead to check.
Pool is smaller than the ones in UK and the restaurant couldn't cope with a group. People left to go to the beach restaurants and had finished their food before we even got served!
