Used to shopping at Boulanger Villeneuve d'Ascq, I came to choose a new freezer, style "Top". I had taken care, before coming, to consult the website to pre-determine my choice. I spotted a top freezer with auto-defrost. Arrival in the department, I see it, and ask the saleswoman (alone at his computer at the time of my visit) to advise me. She tells me that a freezer type "Top" in self-defrost, it does not exist. I then ask why the one I see on the shelf (and that was the one I saw online) is more expensive than the others. She looks for an answer without having it, but when she opens the door, she notices "NoFrost", confirming that this model is in self-defrosting. She then said that it had just happened and that, therefore, it was new, that she did not know it. Then, quite dry, she completed the formalities on her computer. I then asked her if she could delete from her file, the name of my father, recently deceased. Apparently, this maneuver was impossible. I appreciate very much the products "Baker", however, this move left me a bad impression, probably due to an unconvincing reception (saleswoman little concerned with customers, not knowing products and kindness at half mast) ...
