This place is disgusting. In the ER waiting room, there was a trail of urine all over the floor leading into the Triage unit. Doctors, nurses and other hospital personnel saw it, but chose to ignore it (I mean how can you ignore large puddles of urine trailing all over the ER waiting room?) There were 2 elderly men, sitting in the middle of the hallway almost falling out of their wheelchairs. I overheard one young man's wife beg for something to help her husband's pain, and all the doctor said was "we're getting it, go back to the room and wait" as he sat his happy little self in the physicians room. They let a few of the IV's run out, and I really don't understand the giant monitor outside that lists what each person is in the ER for (name exposed and all; sorry guy with the STD!) Is this how they treat the men and women who serve our country?

As for the good, the security guard was very helpful in finding the vending machines and I guess that's about it.
