I stumbled upon Gusto during a stroll around Den Bosch, and gosh, what a find! The food is simply sublime! I had the carpaccio copa and the tortellini of the day. Both were super tasty! Loved the carpaccio with various preparations of figs and the tortellini was fresh, plump and delicious! Dessert was the highlight though. That tiramisu did exactly as its name suggests: it pulled me up, pretty much to ethereal heights. I actually shed a tear of joy!
Service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Gusto but make a reservation in advance. I realise now how lucky I was to walk in and get a table that Sunday afternoon.
