I just got back from staying a week here and it was so bad I'm finding every review site I can to warn others. When you've paid $300 a night the receptionist/manager should never tell you "You have to improvise" when you've asked for a drain plug for the bath. When you've pointed out the numerous discrepancies between what amenities were advertised and what was provided, you should not be told "You can go somewhere else." Hard bed, filthy floors, and a renovation that was done by someone that had never handled a tool before. Seriously, half the faucets were plumbed backwards.
