Denied my medical alert and response service dog f...

Denied my medical alert and response service dog for illegal reasons. Asked for registration and asked for her rabies tag. Tried to provide proof of rabies and was still denied. They also gave me a paper stating many illegal things to ask of service animals and stated they allow emotional support animals which is illegal. Absolutely uneducated on service animals and I was not able to see my 95 year old grandma about to get surgery because of this.
