The specificity of this rating and review is of the appraisals of the Walkers exhibit of Martin Wong's Collection. This particular exhibit caused me to become so disgusted, that I felt the need to leave immediately.

Mind the reader, I am an African Man who is twenty-two years of age, and a Professor of African History within a college in the Minneapolis/Uptown area. I'm a perfect annexation of my beautiful African-Culture.

I've been a long-time appreciator of various forms of art; (Especially art within of the Walker Art Center). This appreciation of the arts displayed within the Walker Art Center began during my childhood; but dwindled as of recent times. As within this year the Walker Art Center has begun to allow a few questionable and controversial exhibits to be displayed; Such as the gallows potential arrival within its garden earlier this year (which was protested, and hereafter removed). But as of yesterday there was another exhibit I assayed and became just as equally disturbed and disgusted with.

While viewing the Art from the 1st couple of floors, alongside my wife, we began venturing upwards in excitement towards the section of which many forms of African History would be espoused. There were a few groups of what I assume to be High-School students, whom for the most part were respectful - aside from the occasional gigglers and talkers. Passing them, we ventured upstairs to view what we had came to see, beautiful pictures of our African-Mosaic in New York conducting a beautiful celebration of culture and love. During which, my eye had caught another gallery which contained beautiful African-Masks alongside many other cultural artifacts from different cultures. When entering, we began viewing the beautiful African-Masks, of which we knew the lineage of and feeling very satisfied. Until we seen underneath the Masks and pretty much all around the exhibit racist ornaments depicting North America's views of all these cultures, all cultures outside of Europeans, with caricature models and ornaments of xenophobic cartoons produced in its' earlier adaptations of animation, and stereotyping figures.

Three reasons for the exhibits ineptness:
1) While understanding the description I would read during my mental stage of antipathy for this gallery - being the exposing of false-adaptations among the perception of Europeans in N. America of other cultures, there is indeed not one section within that exhibit that does not showcase the glorifying of Europeans without contrast to Europe's history of their nullification of others, coaxing to gain power, diseases, war-fair, cannibalism, lack of science or any such sorts of historical correctness - making the exhibit void of its' said fulcrum.
2) The High-School students I had mentioned, came after us to view the exhibit - my wife and I had stood there to appraise their reactions; and as I had mentioned, the groups' majority had shown respect and or silence, while the gigglers and talkers had turned their giggles to silent laughter. This exhibit is obviously failing to convey its' said fulcrum, as the overt imagery of racism and xenophobia contributed to entertainment; which I would like for someone to dispute my theory of what I assume the Walkers management and purchasers contributing to said reaction of the silent laughter expressed by the students.
3) This is 2017, and the "ignorance" excuse for culture among intellectuals no longer exists. Culture of any caliber should not be met with entertainment-like amusement, it should be met with respect, understanding, appreciation of its' indigenous existence, and an awakening of knowledge; that is indeed how to oppugn the dissonance that has been taught by nullifiers of culture and history. Maybe go beyond the sarcasm of art and include the purity of cultures, and stories narration to be indigenous of the people of said culture.

I thank all of you for reading my review, and please share this post so that this exhibit will be removed, and for the respect of culture and its' indigenous existence to be preserved. Thank You.
