I need to explain this one star. It's because I believe it's owned by Sagafallabella, they being a wholely decietful company any thing owned by them will inevitably be also decietful. I bought a coffee making machine there yesterday it was quite expensive( US$300), however the sales personnel must have thought me a fool and decided to fob me off with an old display model which was also broken and thereby disfunctional. I travelled all the way from Lima Jockey Plaza to my home in El Carmen ( +/- 300 km) before realising what they had done, now my wife has to go back to Jockey Plaza to attempt to find a resolution to the problem.
I am livid with rage, really I want my money returned and to go purchase the item by their competition.
