My case recently came to a satisfactory close.
My case was was complicated and difficult at times but from the beginning thorneycroft made the journey easy and kept me constantly informed of the situation either by email or phone or both. Excellent service throughout and went to great lengths to get me the best possible outcome. There is a great team there and l was lucky to have Louise Blondon deal with my case who really went that extra mile and was extremely efficient. I will always be very gratefull.
Things happen in life and the thought of going through solicitors frightens most people but l have no problem reccomending thorneycrofts to anyone.Hopefully l will never have to use one again but l know who l would be contacting if an issue ever arose again.
I do not know anyone personally belonging to thorneycrofts and this is a genuine voluntary feedback note from myself.we are all too quick to moan when someone gets something wrong but when it's the other way round, not enough people tell them and that is the reason l have written this. Well done thorneycrofts!
